“After a poor sleep consultant experience with our first born I was rather nervous about engaging with a sleep consultant again but i came across Mias profile on Instagram and instantly wanted to reach out to ask for her support when I read the gentle, kind and supportive words she writes on her posts. We, especially me (mum) is so grateful I could work with Mia and I cannot recommend her enough. At the end of the process I don't have a baby who is sleeping through the night, but at this stage it's not an achievable ask for him but what I do have is a baby who has made massive changes to his sleep habits and I am an empowered mum who now understands how to gently support my son with independent sleep.


Mia emotionally supported me so much whilst working with her, I've not felt alone in the journey, I've never felt judged, I've felt empowered and affirmed that I'm doing a good job, and I've been given the tools and confidence to make positive changes. “Mia changed our lived. She brought restful nights back to our entire family.

I thought I had it figured it out. I read many blogs, books, articles to make sure I could help my daughter sleep. It took me a while to realise how a professional support on this matter was important.

My daughter would cry so much at bedtime that she would throw up if we left her in the crib even when half asleep. The cry out method wasn’t an option for us. We were in her bedroom every night, several times, holding her to sleep and hoping she wouldn’t wake up when we put her back in the crib.

Our lives get the hit when we don’t sleep. Relationships, work, my other kid, all was being impacted. Mia brought normal life back to us. I should say, not normal, a new wonderful life. Not only we were more patient and happier but my daughter was too. Sleeping better made her more confident during the day and helped her with her separation anxiety.

In practical life, no article knows your child and will not tell you what to do next when the nap doesn’t go as planned. No blog will work with you to understand what happened that day that made bedtime harder.

Consistency is key to help your kid, it is easy to give up when your plan doesn’t go well but with Mia there was always a way to keep going. We absolutely, 100% recommended her. Don’t wait long to help your kid, she is a Miracle worker!”

Dora - 5 months

Mia first started supporting me when I was at breaking point as a result of sleep deprivation! I know lack of sleep goes with the territory of being a mum of a baby but I was averaging 2 hours sleep a night, in 20 minute chunks! My little one liked to fall asleep feeding, sleep on me and not in her crib and would wake up after 10 minutes if I dared to put her down on her own!

My eyes were burning with tiredness but I didn’t want to just let her ‘cry it out’.

Mia came to my rescue. She took a lot of time to listen and plan with me, ensuring I was happy every step of the way. Mia took it at my pace and supported me at each step. Regular catch up calls were scheduled and Mia was so attentive on WhatsApp, putting up with my long list of questions and updates from the nights.

Tweaks were made to the plan as needed but the progress within days was noticeable.

Thanks to Mia, I now have a 5 month old who naps for good chunks of time, on her back, in her cot; a little one who goes to bed in her own room, in her cot, with no tears, just happy gurgling sounds but best of all, my little one sleeps most of the night with just two dream feeds! Occasionally there is a fussy wake up, but Mia has helped me navigate through this and with my consistent response, my little one settles quickly!

My eyes no longer burn, I have had more sleep in the last 2 weeks than I have in 4 months and both me and my daughter are happier than we have ever been. Thank-you Mia!

Beatrice - 19 months

I’d always thought sleep consultancy wasn’t something we’d need, and would in some way be a sign that we had failed.

But after 19 months of awful sleep with our youngest we were pretty desperate and out of ideas. We knew we were doing the wrong things but not sure how to fix it. This is when Mia came to our rescue and transformed everything for us.

She was so attentive, asked us in such great detail about Beatrice and her personality, routine and sleep problems and from this came up with an entirely bespoke plan that suited her and that we were comfortable with doing. My husband and I both have different working patterns and coupled with school and nursery it felt like we would never find a solution that fitted in with us and worked - but Mia got it right!

We have gone from a little girl who refused to go to bed, woke up several times wanting milk, often would have one of us sleeping on her floor with her and waking up at 5am to mess around to a little girl who goes to bed and sleep at 6.30pm and wakes up at 7.30am. We have finally got our evenings and sleep back and it’s benefitted us all immensely.

Mia was always available for coaching and suggestions, would answer any of our questions and supported us at every turn. We would not be where we are without her expertise, couldn’t recommend her more.

Mia is an amazing and patient coach! We started working with Mia when our daughter was 7 months old. Emilia went from Co-sleeping and waking up several time a night, to now going to sleep awake, and able to put herself to sleep without any night waking unless she’s poorly and sleeping 6-6!
